Perseide is made from Petit Verdot and Tannat. A cold pre-maceration allows us to extract the best of the grapes’ tannins.
The wine ages for twenty months in French oak barrels, then six months in the bottle to conclude refinement. The intense bouquet reveals the essence of the grapes used for Perseide.
Pleasant aromas of roasted coffee culminates in hints of dark chocolate. The wine is warm and pleasant and the color is an intense red. Perseide is a silky and elegant wine.
