Kefi - a Greek word that expresses the concept of joie de vivre, passion and enthusiasm - is a wine made from Vermentino grapes that have developed Botrytis cinerea.

Hints of ripe apricot, sweet spices such as cinnamon, and citrus notes. The balance between the high concentration of alcohol and residual sugar give this wine a luscious palate and a very long finish. Kefi can be paired with desserts and mature cheeses.
